Originally conceived for our family, we imagined this house in LEON to reunite us.
On the ground floor, a large living room of 65m², open kitchen with a farm table for up to 14 people, opens onto the main terrace and the swimming pool.
In the night space, 3 double bedrooms are each equipped with their own private shower room and a terrace.
To complete the night space, a dormitory that can accommodate 6 young people in 4 single bunk beds (with drawer and extra mattress) and a bench that can be folded out into a double bed; next to it is a cloakroom that leads to the bathroom (bathtub and double sink).
On the first floor, the master suite consists of a large bedroom of 17m², a bathroom with shower, bath and private WC, a dressing room and a south-facing balcony overlooking the swimming pool (heated from May to September) and the garden.
