A signposted C3 walk with no difficulties - don't hesitate to stop in the small villages far from the coast to enjoy the peace and quiet before returning to the ocean to cool off on the supervised beaches.
Head for Pontenx-les-Forges via the pine and oak forest, then branch off towards Escource and Onesse-et-Laharie. The road to Mézos is lined with fields and old sheepfolds. Follow Saint-Julien-en-Born to reach Contis and its lighthouse, then return to the Vélodyssée via Lespecier beach.
