This cycle path allows you to reach the Cap de l'Homy beach in complete safety. Starting point in front of the Tourist Information Office in Lit-et-Mixe, rue de l'église. Go along the church on the left (rue des Mouettes), cross the road and take the bridge (made of wood) that goes through the "l'Homy d'Ahas" neighbourhood towards the "Truyemorte" path. Continue through the forest for 2 km and then follow the D88 (Cap de l'Homy beach road), which passes in front of the picnic area, and then turns away from the road to take a forest path "straight on" to the Cap de l'Homy beach.
You will cross the "Vélodyssée" which runs along the coast, then a small climb (tuc) will take you to the municipal campsite, go for one last "little" effort and you have arrived at the Cap de l'Homy beach.
